Jeremy Don "Tiny" Taijeron
Jeremy Don "Tiny" Taijeron, 39, of Junction City, died Sat., May 9, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka. Jeremy was born Sept. 8, 1975 in Stuttgart, Germany, the son of Franklin Don & Cheryl Lynn (Van Scyoc) Taijeron. Jeremy attended Junction City schools, but finished high school at Bamberg, Germany. He worked at the Photo Shop at Walmart in Vallejo, Calif. He was a member of St. Xavier Catholic Church.
Jeremy married Karen Kwong on Feb. 14, 2005 in Junction City. She survives. Other survivors include: 2 sons, Kie Elias and Napu, of the home; a daughter, Janalyn, also of the home; a brother, Chris Taijeron, Vallejo, Calif.; 3 sisters, Geraldine Taijeron, Yuma, Arizona, Joylene Rodney and Tesia Taijeron, both of Junction City; his parents, Frank and Cheryl Taijeron, Junction City; and his grandmother, Lea Denton, Colorado Springs, Colo.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 15, 2015 at St. Xavier Catholic Church, with Fr. Kerry Ninemire presiding. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, with military honors provided by the U.S. Army Honor Guard from Ft. Riley. The family will greet friends Thursday, May 14, 6:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service and Rosary at 7:00 p.m., all at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel.
