Holly Noel Smith

Funeral services for Holly Noel Smith, 21, of Junction City will be Thursday, October 27, 2005, 10 a.m. at the St. Xavier Catholic Church with Father Al Brungardt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 26, 2005, 6-8 p.m. with vigil service at 7:30 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel. Mrs. Smith passed away at her residence on October 21, 2005. Memorial contributions may be given in her name for her children, in c/o Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel, 805 Caroline Avenue, Junction City, KS 66441.

Mrs. Smith was born December 30, 1983, Hammond, LA to Carl Dowden and Cynthia (Brown) Higgins. She had been a resident of Junction City since 1999 and was currenlty employed at Wal-Mart. She married Lyle Smith March 6, 2004, Junction City, KS, he survives of the home.

She is also survived by three children, Patrick, Ariana and Chloe Smith, her father, Carl "Joey" Dowden of Pensacola, FL, her mother and step-father, John "Pat" and Cynthia Higgins of Junction City, KS, four sisters, Madison Dowden, Shelly Mosley, Christy Trojan and Johanna Noriega, one brother, Cecil Dowden, six nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by one sister Sherry Cooper and grandfather L. Carl Dowden.

Pallbearers will be Cecil Dowden, Jay Smith, Mike Reed, Anthony Radke, Mike Taylor and Chris Falardau
