Helen F. Lambert, 90, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Geary Community Hospital. A private family graveside service will be held at Fort Riley Post Cemetery.
Helen was born September 1, 1931, in Los Angeles, CA the daughter of Charles and Flora (Mundt) Dean.
She moved to Junction City, KS in 1963 with her family. She worked at the Homestead Motel and Dreamland Motel for many years. She enjoyed playing bingo at the Eagle's Lodge.
She married Oscar Glander in 1951. They were later divorced. In 1971, she married Marvin P. Lambert. He passed away in 1996.
Survivors include two daughters, Sharon M. Gump of Junction City, KS and Cathy Romano of Plainville, CT; one brother, Philip Lambert of Phoenix, AZ; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son Oscar Glander, Jr.
