Heidelore F. "Heidi" Dixon

Heidelore F. "Heidi" Dixon, 78, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Valley View Senior Life Center. A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home. Reverend Joyce Allen will officiate. A visitation will follow the memorial service from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Cremation will follow the visitation. Memorial donations are suggested to be given to the United Methodist Church of Our Savior in Junction City, KS or to the Alzheimer's Association.

Heidi was born September 26, 1943, in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Heidi worked as a child care provider for many years in Junction City, KS. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, window shopping, being outside walking her dog and spending time at the park. When she was able, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Her family was very important to her. She was a member of Church of Our Savior.

She married Calvin D. Dixon in 1972, in Germany.

Survivors include her husband Calvin of Crystal Springs, MS; one son, Mandrell Dixon and his wife Stephanie of Junction City, KS; two grandchildren, Kainen and Alannah.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Helga.
