Hailey was born October 26, 2005 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS. She passed away November 10, 2005. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Central National Bank, 802 N. Washington, Junction City, KS 66441. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel is assisting the family with service arrangements.
