Memorial services for Gerald (Gary) Wayne Parrick, 44, of Junction City, KS will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at St. Xavier Catholic Church with Father Al Brungardt officiating. Cremation is planned, no visitation will be held. Mr. Parrick passed away at the Golden Living Center, El Dorado, KS on January 28, 2007. Friends of the family may call upon his father at home on 10th street, Junction City, KS. He had lived most of his life in Junction City and people knew him best there. Mr. Parrick was born October 2, 1962, Junction City, KS to Gerald (Jerry)W. and Connie S. (Livingston) Parrick. He had served in the U S National Guard of Kansas was a truck driver for a number of years. His illness stopped his joys of travel. He worked locally for a few years until illness overtook him.
He is survived by his mother, Connie S. Wilson of Salina, KS, father and step-mother, Jerry and Gail Parrick of Junction City, KS, two sons, James W. Parrick and Cameron Nesbit both of Junction City, KS, one daughter, Paula Chatfield of Nebraska, one sister, Candace R. Parrick-Preston of MA, two step-sisters, Tina Polito of Nevada, Pamela Polito of Junction City, KS, one step-brother, Russ Parrick of Wamego.
