George Kenneth "Bunky" Marvel, 18 of Junction City, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at the Geary Community Hospital. Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 25, 2004 at the Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel, cremation will follow after the service. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until service time on Monday.

He was born July 1, 1986 in Junction City, the son of George W. Marvel, Jr. and Linda Sink. He was a lifelong resident of Junction City.
He was a student at Junction City High School. He lived his whole life with 5P-Syndrome.
Survivors include his mother and step-father Linda and William Sink II; father and step-mother, George W. and Heather Nash Marvel, Jr of Altamont, KS; five brothers, Shawn Sink of Junction City, Hank Miller, Jake Miller, Brandon L. Marvel and Jeremiah Marvel all of Altamont, KS.; four sisters, Marie Erin Maschmeier and Lacey Jean Sink, both of Junction City, Mandy Joyce Marvel and Toby Ann Miller, both of Altamont; maternal grandparents, Kenneth L. and Maxine J. Womer of Wilmington, Delaware; paternal grandparents, George W. and Joyce Ann Marvel, Sr. of Wilmington, Delaware; step-grandparents, Hank and Elizabeth Nash of Crosstimber, MO and Bill and Carol Sink of Ft. Worth, TX.; great-grandparents, Bob and Betty James of Millsboro, Delaware.
