Funeral services for Evelyn B. Morgan Bach, 86, of Junction City, Kansas are set for 2:00 p.m. Friday at Mass-Hinitt Funeral Chapel. Pastor Larry Brakenhoff of St. Paul's Lutheran Church will officiate. Bach died May 14, 2003 at the Good Samaritan Center in Junction City.
She was born December 31, 1916, on Humboldt Creek in Geary County, Kansas, daughter of Henry H. and Ida May (Shane) Erichsen. On March 10, 1937, she married Hubert A. Morgan March 10, 1937; he preceded her in death on November 10, 1962. On February 27, 1970, she married Franklin J. Bach, who preceded
her in death January 30, 1998.
She was a lifelong resident of Geary County and a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, St. Paul's Ladies Group, and the American Legion Auxiliary at Dwight.
Survivors include One Son, Michael Morgan and wife Heidi of Junction City, KS; Three Grandsons; and Six Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one Brother, Lester Erichsen; and three sisters, Verdia Erichsen in infancy, Louise Karmann, and Mildred Karmann.
Visitation will 6:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Mass-Hinitt Funeral Chapel.
Casket bearers will be Wayne Erichsen, Wayne Pearson, Steven Koppenheffer, Robert Goss, Paul Erichsen and Lorenz Karmann.
Music will be provided by organist Florence Whitebread, and vocalist Ken Martin.
Burial will be in Dwight Cemetery.
