Emma L. Breen

Services for Emma L. Breen, 83, of Junction City were held today at 2 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Roberts officiating. Visitation was Thursday, December 2, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. Burial was held at Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Breen passed away December 1, 2004 at St. Francis Hospital, Topeka, KS. Memorial contributions may be given to the First Christian Church, 1429 St. Marys Road, Junction City, KS 66441.

Mrs. Breen was born December 17, 1920, Paxico, KS to William F. and Goldie M. (Kariger) Zeferjahn. She married Michael J. Breen July 16, 1937, Manhattan, KS, he survives of the home. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Mrs. Breen was a bus driver for USD 475.

She is survived by one daughter, Darlene M. Daymude of Junction City, KS, one son, Kenneth C. Breen of Topeka, KS, one sister, Delores Chartier of Los Angeles, CA, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, two brothers, one granddaughter, Devenie Breen and one grandson, Steven Daymude.

Pallbearers will be Wayde Evans, Brent Mahaffey, John Breen, Jim Bolen, and Thomas Barlett.
