Elsie Peggy Wittor

Elsie Wittor, 96, of Junction City, Kansas died on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Valley View Senior Life Center in Junction City. Cremation will take place. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2025 at Highland Cemetery.

Elsie was born July 16, 1928, in Bodenbach, Czechoslovakia the daughter of William and Frieda (Winkler) Possoldo.

Elsie married Emil Wittor. He died November 30, 2003.

For many years, Elsie was a food server at Central National Bank in Junction City, Kansas. Elsie enjoyed watching television and shopping at the mall.

Survivors include two sisters; Waltraud Vickers of Junction City, Kansas and Hannelore of Germany.

Elsie was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; Irmgard, Wilhelm, Ilse, Kurt, Christa, Gerhard, Heinz, Elfriede, Margit, Adolf and Konrad.
