Graveside services for Ella Ida Scott, Junction City, KS will be2:00pm Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Fort Riley Cemetery. Ella passed away on October 7, 2008 at her home. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Opera House Foundation, PO Box 287, Junction City, KS 66441 and or Geary Community School's Foundation, Devin Education Center, PO Box 370, Junction City, KS 66441 and or Geary Community Health Care Foundation, PO Box 3015, Junction City, KS 66441. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Ella was born in Frankfort, Germany the daughter of Ernest and Ida (Karcher) Urlich. Ella was a dressmaker and lived in Junction City since 1964. She married Lee Scott, Jr. in Frankfort, Germany in 1949, He preceded her in death December 22, 1971.
Ella is also survived a sister Herta Heinlein; a nephew, Dieter Heinlein; a niece, Irmtraud Melzl all of Germany.
