Elizabeth "Betty" Briestensky, 92, of Junction City, KS, passed away on May 29, 2016 at Brookdale of Junction City.
Private services were held last week at St. Xavier Catholic Church. Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to St. Xavier Catholic Church in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
Betty is survived by her two Sons, Tony (Lori) Briestensky of Abilene, KS, John (Corky) Briestensky of Junction City, KS; three Daughters, Diane (Darryl) Briestensky-Leonard of Junction City, KS; Joyce (Junior) Carlton of Olathe, KS, Sandy (Bill) Forkenbrock of Topeka, KS; Brother, John Risch of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg; Nine Grandchildren; Twenty-One Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Andrew J. Briestensky and her Father, Mathias Risch, and Mother, Ann (Schlexer) Risch, one Brother and two Sisters.
