Elfriede Maria Levy, 76, of Junction City passed away October 29 at her residence. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington St. from 9 am to 11 am. Following the visitation their will be a graveside service at St. Mary's Cemetery with Father Al Brungardt officiating. Memorial Contributions may be given to the American Heart Association, 208 S. LaSalle Street, Ste. 1500, Chicago, IL 60604. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Levy was born October 30, 1932, Munich, Germany to Josef and Zenta (Fischer) Egelseder. She married George Sylvester Levy March 29, 1961 he preceded her in death April 14, 2001. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Roland Levy of Topeka, KS two sisters and a brother in Germany.
