Elfriede Alcott, 80, of Junction City, passed away on October 14, 2017 at Valley View Senior Life Center. No visitation is planned and private graveside services will take place at a later date at the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery.
Elfriede was born on November 5, 1936, Kaiserslautern, Germany to Frieda Halfmann. She was a homemaker. Elfriede loved cooking, baking and her gardening.
She married Lawrence W. Alcott, Jr. November 5, 1957 he preceded her in death September 13, 2013
Elfriede is survived by her Daughter, Lorraine (Lawrence) Sueppel of Copperas Cove, TX; her Son, Larry W. (Kimberly) Alcott of Charlotte, NC, her Sisters, Isle Schuster and Katheä (Gerd) Hartung all of Kaiserslautern, Germany. She is also survived by her three Grandchildren, Jessica Sueppel, Christopher Alcott and Justin Alcott.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Willi Ringle.
