Edward R. Kozlowski

Funeral services for Edward R. Kozlowski, 74, of Junction City will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, December 12, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington. Burial will follow at Fort Riley Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation will be Thursday, December 11, 2008, 6-7p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. Mr. Kozlowski passed away at Geary Community Hospital on December 8, 2008. Mr. Kozlowski was born April 29, 1934, in Dickson City, Pennsylvania the son of John and Mary Ann (Czeronka) Kozlowski. He served in the U. S. Army from 1952-1975 following his retirement from the military he then went to work at Irwin Army in 1977 and retired from there in 1996. He married Lore Schauer July of 1955 she preceded him in death February 17, 2007.

He is survived by three sons; John Kozlowski of Junction City, KS, Edward Kozlowski of Chapman, KS and Michael Kozlowski of St. Louis, MO, two brothers; John Kozlowski of Scranton, PA and Joseph Kozlowski of Dingmans Ferry, PA and four grandchildren.
