A memorial service for Edward "Foxy" Krajkoski, 73, of Junction City will take place 11 a.m. Friday, February 23, 2007, at St. Xavier Catholic Church with Father Al Brungardt officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Cremation has taken place. Mr. Krajkoski passed away Monday, February 19, 2007, at his home in Junction City. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice at Geary Community Hospital, c/o Geary Community Healthcare Foundation, P.O. Mr. Krajkoski was born December 28, 1933, Niagara Falls, NY to Stanely and Helen (Swiowski) Krajkoski. He served in the U S Army and was honorably discharged August 20, 1962. He was the owner and operator of Foxy's Auto Body Shop in which he established March of 1979 and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion and the Elk's Lodge. He married Hanna Kubica December 22, 1971 in Junction City, KS she preceded him in death September 5, 1991.
Survivors include three sons; Steve Krajkoski of Junction City, KS, Rick Krajkoski of Dallas, TX and Mike Clark of Westminster, CO, three daughters; Maureen Gustafson of Junction City, KS, Petra Rivera of Fitchburg, MA and Eve Farber of Tucson, AZ, three sisters; Josephine Kozuch of Fredonia, NY, Sofia Kijowski and Rose Kurawicz both of North Tonawanda, NY, twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; John, Frank and Casey, three sisters; Bernice, Jenny and Laura.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Steven Clark, Matthew Krajkoski, Lee Gustafson, Logan Gustafson, Eric Park, Jeff Bauman and Chris Deam.
