Denise L. Flower, 52 of Junction City, KS., passed away on June 6, 2004 at her residence in Junction City. Cremation is planned with a memorial service at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 10, 2004 at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. Pastor G. Edmond Thomas will officiate.
She was born July 18, 1951 at Fort Riley to Melvin and Evelyn (Eckstrom) Harris. She graduated from Junction City High School in 1969 and married Robert Flower, Jr. in 1971. They had one daughter, Tiffany Kyle Flower. They divorced in 1982.
Flower then received a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University in 1985. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include one daughter and one sister, Sharon Schultz of Westminster, CO. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Lung Association, 4300 SW Drury Lane, Topeka, Kansas 66604.
