He was born on January 30, 1940, Leonardville, Kansas to Harry and Olive (Arents) Ruthstrom.
Dean is survived by his Sister, Donita Ruthstrom Sherman of Tucson, AZ; and Brother, Gene Madison Ruthstrom of Leonardville, KS.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Olive Wobinna Ruthstrom, Father, Harry Gustuf Ruthstrom, Brother, Dewayne Lee Ruthstrom, and Brother, Harry Junior Ruthstrom.
Dove Cremation and Funeral Service, of Junction City, is assisting with arrangements.
