Dawn K. Richards, age 48, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Norfolk, VA to Ronald Leigh Boyce, Sr. (Deceased) and Judy Delilah (Byrd) Boyce (Deceased) on March 15, 1969. Dawn moved to Kansas in 1988 where she met her husband and was happily married in 1990.
She is survived by her husband, Todd Richards; son, Zechariah Richards; two daughters, Alisha Richards and Miranda (Richards) Marion; her sister, Sherie (Boyce) Pinkerton; brother, Ronald Boyce, Jr.; two nieces, Marrissa Pinkerton and Casey Boyce; and two nephews, Craig and Ashton Pinkerton; God-daughters, Lynndarrian (Parrott) Miller and Latoria (Parrott) Jeter; one granddaughter, Josslyn Angel Marion; six God-granddaughters; and two God-grandsons.
Dawn loved her family and friends very much. She would do anything and everything for family. She will be truly missed but glad she has earned her wings and now wearing her crown.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018, from 10:00 am. to 11:00 am. at Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 1010 Burke Dr., Junction City, KS.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018, 11:00 am at Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church, 1010 Burke Dr., Junction City, KS, with Rev. Nathan Dudley officiating.
Dove Cremation & Funeral Services, of Junction City, is handling arrangements.
