David Ethan Richards, 54, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Geary Community Hospital. Cremation will take place. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
David was born September 1, 1967 in Suffolk, VA the son of James Wilbur and Rachael (Gray) Richards, Jr.
David served in the United States Air Force and United States Army. He worked for Smithfield Foods in Junction City, KS. He was an avid gamer and enjoyed reading fantasy books. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He married Christal Brown January 1, 2000 in Texas.
Survivors include his wife Christal; his mother, Rachel of Suffolk, VA; two sons, Stephen Nowak and Michael Lambert both of TX; one daughter, Joanna Nowak of Junction City, KS; three brothers, Dana Richards, Donnie Richards and Daryn Richards; three sisters, Dawn Lester, Donna Leigh and Dianne Arrington; many in-laws and a host of other friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his father James Wilbur Richards, Jr.
