David Z. Marvin
David Zachary Marvin, 18, of Junction City, passed away November 19, 2016 at Geary Community Hospital in Junction City, due to injuries sustained from a accident doing what he loved.
David was born July 31, 1998 in Junction City, the son of Christopher D. and Jana R. (Padel) Marvin.
David grew up in Junction City. He attended Franklin Elementary School, Sheridan Elementary, Junction City Middle School, and Junction City High School. Although David didn't attain his diploma, he was actively seeking to earn his GED and becoming a Nutritionist. David was the poster child of physical fitness and wanted everyone else to do the same.
David lived each day like a blank canvas. Every step that he took was a mark and each night he had a magnificent original work of art that he collected, so that one day he would share with his family.
Facebook and Social Media was often used as record keeping of his adventures. Most of his family and friends lived precariously through David's adventures, and cell phones all over town are riddled with pictures taken of this beautiful person. David loved making people laugh and making people feel appreciated.
David was a sales clerk at Auto Zone in Junction City, and a part-time actor at Zombie Toxin in Junction City.
David is survived by his parents, Christopher D. and Jana R. Marvin, of the home; a brother, Senior Airman Christopher M. Marvin and his wife Jade and 2 nieces, Ayla and Skyler, all of Altus Air Force Base, Altus, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Katie and Stacie Marvin, of the home. He also leaves behind his Uncles, Jack, Charles, Andrew Marvin, Gerald Padel, and James Padel; his aunts, Pamela (Marvin) Brechbiel, Christy Marvin, Angel Padel, and Kristell Padel; his long time girl friend, Sierra Wisby, Junction City; his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Janice Padel, Junction City; and his paternal grandparents, Charles and Katherine Marvin, Weiser, Idaho. David was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal great-grandparents. David will be missed and loved by many.
