Danny K. Andrews, 62, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Manhattan, KS. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be take place 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 9, 2016, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 9719 Clarks Creek Road. A private family inurnment will take pace at the Skiddy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Good Shepherd Hospice House 3801 Vanesta Drive Manhattan, KS 66503 or to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery 9719 Clarks Creek Road Junction City, KS 66441.
Danny was born March 7, 1954, in Canadian, TX, the son of Kenneth Wesley and Mary Lee (Crosier) Andrews.
Danny worked many years in the water well and oil field business in Southwest Kansas. He later joined the family business with Service Master in Junction City. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.
He married Cathy Howard September 4, 1982, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife Cathy of the home. He is also survived by two sons, Joshua Andrews and his fiance Ashley and her daughter Cheyenne, Justin Andrews both of Junction City, KS; his mother, Mary Lee Murray of Kingman, KS; two brothers, Kenny Andrews and his wife Fran, Mike Andrews. both of Liberal, KS; two step brothers, Michael Ward and Donnie Murray; two step sisters, Laura Chapa and Debbie Shields; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Melvin and Janice Howard of Junction City, KS.
He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Wesley Andrews; grandparents, Robert Brian and Anna Mae Crosier, Arthur Daniel and Indiana Andrews.
