Dan W. Connolly

A memorial gathering for Dan W. Connolly, 58, Junction City, of family and friends will be 6:00-7:30PM Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington, Junction City, KS. Dan passed away May 15, 2007 at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Manhattan, KS. Memorial contributions may be made in Dan's name and sent in of the funeral home.

Dan was born March 10, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA the son of Clarence W. and Betty E. (Lugar) Connolly. Dan served in the US Marines from 1966-1968 serving in the Vietnam Conflict. He later worked as a construction supervisor working all over the world building power plants until he became ill.

He married Linda J. Imel August 7, 1970 in Las Vegas NV, she survives at the home.

Survivors include sons Sean W. Connolly, and Damien R. Lopez both of Junction City, KS; brother Jeff Connolly Hemet CA; sisters Patricia Riddell and Peggy Hawkins both of Hemet, CA; six grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents and a daughter Shannon Alline Blunden.
