Graveside services for Chrystene B. Jones, 84, will be held 10 am Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Fort Riley Cemetery with Pastor Nate Butler officiating. Friends may pay their respects for Mrs. Jones from 12-5 pm Monday June 29, 2009 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel 203 N. Washington. Mrs. Jones passed away Friday June 19, 2009 at Golden Living Center in Wakefield, Kansas.
Mrs. Jones was born September 28, 1924 Voss, Texas to Virgil and May (Slate) Taylor. She married Samuel M. Jones on August 21, 1943 in Vernon, Lousiana. He preceded her in death November 27, 2001.
