Mrs. Christine Johnson was born in Queens, New York to the union of Herbert and Carol Baugh-Johnson on September 21, 1968. She became a resident of Junction City in 2005.
She was a beautician and homemaker. Christine was a loving mother and grandmother who gave her children a beautiful life. She made an impact on everyone she met. Her goal was to change the lives of others simply by seeing the good in them. If anyone could bring the best out in others, it was our mother.
Christine was joined in holy matrimony to Kevin Michael McCullough in January of 2009. She departed this life at the age of 46 on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 5:03 p.m. at Geary Community Hospital, in Junction City, Kansas.
She leaves to mourn her loving husband, Kevin Michael of the home, her mother, Carol Baugh of North Carolina, mother-in-law, Cheryl McCullough of Wakefield, KS, one sister-in-law, Janet Trumpp of Wakefield, KS, one brother-in-law, Sean McCullough of White City, KS, four daughters, Andrea Davis, Anaya Johnson, and Charisma Anderson all of Junction City, KS, Kathy Johnson, Salina, KS, three sons, Rashawn and Aaron Johnson of Salina, KS, Rakim Wrighton of Junction City, KS. Two sisters, Nell Baugh of New York and Charlene Baugh, North Carolina. Three grandchildren Raynah Johnson, Manhattan, KS Khalia Johnson and Jamarri Dirton, Salina, KS, and a host of relatives and friends.
Service will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at First Christian Church, St. Mary's Road, Junction City, KS with the Evangelist V. Lawrence Officiating.
