Christina Bell Beauford

Christina B. Beauford, 72, of Junction City, died Saturday, June 1, 2019 at her home. Christina was born on Ft. Riley on September 16, 1946, the daughter of Calvin C. and Lorene E. (Freeman) Mason.

Christina was raised in Junction City and graduated in 1964 from Junction City High School. She later received her Associates Degree from Central Texas College.

Christina worked Civil Service on Ft. Riley as a Conservation Specialist for 30 years. She had served as Head Steward for the Ft. Riley Union.

She married Robert Beauford on May 04, 1981 in Junction City. Robert survives of the home. Other survivors include: 2 sons, Cliff A. Townsend, Manhattan, and Victor D. Camese, Oklahoma City, Okla.; 2 daughters, Tonya Lorene Archie and her husband Claude Archie, Deltona, Florida, and Kimberlie Kristina Jones and her wife Reba Jones, Wichita; a brother, Larry Hester, Topeka; 2 sisters, Paulette Orth and Candice Christian, both of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 9 grandchildren, Corey C. Lucas, Calvin Camese, Brittaney Johnson, Breahnna Camese, Justen Jones, Alexis Camese, Brannon Jones, Bacari Camese, and Victoria Archie; 8 great grandchildren; one nephew, Halilha Orth; 3 nieces, Kyla, Kyra, and Kristian Smith; 3 great nieces; and 1 great nephew.

Christina was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Angela Camese.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Johnson Funeral Home, with Pastor Dusty Young presiding. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Friday evening, June 7, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
