Chong (Cha) Woodard, 75, of Junction City, KS passed away on May 18, 2018. A private burial will be at Kansas Veterans' Cemetery, Manhattan, KS. Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, of Junction City, is handling arrangements.
On September 30, 1984 she married Robert Woodard in South Carolina. After Robert's retirement from the US Army at Fort Riley, they made their home in Junction City, KS.
Chong was preceded in death by her Husband, Robert W Woodard.
