On June 29, 1946, a bright young star named Charlotte Ruckstuhl Hayes was born. She grew up love hearted, spunky, and ready to shine into this world.
During her young adult years, Charlotte truly enjoyed herself; hanging out with her German friends, drinking coffee, smoking, and playing cards, and going to BINGO. She was always a Hustler, a go getter. She would always get dressed looking her best and Party, Party... PARRRTY with family and friends. Everyone knows her around the neighborhood.
She was not only a mother to her five, but also a mother to her children's friends as well and more. There was not a day that goes by that she wouldn't do for you. If you went to jail, she would be the first at the police station to bail you out and fight for you.
She had a favorite saying. If you knew her, you know what she would say.
She was one in a billion and will be dearly missed.
Those who survive to carry her legacy are: her children, grandchildren, friend and past husband, and a host of loving family and friends.
She is now reunited with her beloved son Allen Ruckstuhl that transitioned on March 25, 2016, and her parents.
