Graveside inurnment services with full military honors for Charles J. Farr. Jr. 69, of Junction City, KS will be held 10 a.m., Friday, March 11, 2005 at Fort Riley Post Cemetery With Chaplain Anthony Reid officiating. Mr. Farr passed away March 6, 2005 at Geary Community Hospital.
Charles was born August 6, 1935 in Gravois Mills, MO the son of Charles Preston and Anna (Robinson) Farr.
Mr. Farr served 20 years in the US Army before retiring in 1978
He was a member of the DAV and American Legion of Junction City.
He was married to Ok Hue Kim June 3, 1965 in South, Korea, she survives at the home.
Other survivors include his son William Farr, Junction City, KS; his daughter, Mary Ann Farr, Frederick, MD; three brothers Joseph Farr, Kansas City, MO.; Wray Farr, Gravois Mills, MO and John Farr, Lincoln, MO; two sisters, Hazel Huffman, Versailles, MO and Shirley Root, Germantown, MD.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
