Catherine E. Patcheak

Memorial services for Catherine E. Patcheak, 45, of Junction City will be Thursday, February 23, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel with Father Al Brungardt officiating. Graveside Inurnment services will follow at 2:00pm at St. Mary's Cemetery. Family visitation will be at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington, Wednesday, February 22, 2006, 6-8 p.m. Mrs. Patcheak passed away after battling Cancer February 18, 2006 at Geary Community Hospital. Memorial contributions may be given to Homecare & Hospice, 323 Poyntz, Manhattan, KS 66502.

Mrs. Patcheak was born July 28, 1960, Junction City, KS to L.A. and Marcella Marie (McGuire) Schraag. She married Gary Patcheak June 5, 1977, Fort Riley, KS. Mrs. Patcheak worked as the head custodian at the Daily Union and lunch room aide for Grandview Elementary School and Sheridan Elementary School.

She is survived by her husband Gary of Junction City, her father L.A. of Junction City, one son, Chris Steven Patcheak of Junction City, one brother, Leonard Michael "Mike" Schraag of Junction City and one sister, Nancy Hoover of Junction City.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marcella.
