Billy Stovall
Billy Thomas Stovall, 80, formerly of Wakefield, passed away Monday, February 18, 2008 at the Valley View Senior Life Center, Junction City, Kansas. According to the wishes of Mr. Stovall, cremation is planned and Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, Junction City is assisting the family with arrangements. No service or visitation is planned.
Mr. Stovall was born April 4, 1927 in Gatesville, Texas, the son of Otha and Dealia (Botkin) Stovall. He served his country in the United States Army from 1945 – 1968 and also worked for Mobile Travelers.
Survivors include a sister, Wanda Wiggins and a brother, Benny Stovall, both of Odessa, Texas;
Morgan and Joel Mason who call Mr. Stovall "Papaw", nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
