Betty Jean Thompson, 76, of Solomon, KS, passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Kenwood View Health Care in Salina, KS. Cremation will take place. No memorial service is planned.
Betty was born December 5, 1944, in Long Beach, CA the daughter of Thomas F. and Mary Elizabeth (Hudspeth) May.
Betty graduated from Junction City High School. She worked many jobs in her lifetime.
She is survived by one son, Lance Thompson of McPherson, KS; one daughter, Wendy Funke of Salina, KS; one sister, Mary Ann Walker of Decatur, IL; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
