Arthur J. Kingston, Jr.
Arthur J. Kingston, Jr., 64, of Chapman, died January 29, 2015 at Geary Community Hospital. Arthur was born September 18, 1950 in New Bedford, Mass., the son of Arthur J. & Jennie Louise (Jackson) Kingston, Sr.
Arthur graduated from high school and immediately entered the U.S. Army, serving in during the Vietnam War. He retired from the U.S. Army as a 1st Sergeant.
Arthur was a member of the American Legion Post at Chapman.
Arthur married Linda Gage in Junction City. She survives. Other survivors include 2 sons, Edward Kingston, Pueblo, Colo., and Arthur J. Kingston, III, Ogden; 4 grandchildren; and 1 great grandson.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial services are being planned by the family at a later date. Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn., sent in care of Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington, Junction City, Kansas 66441.
