Annette Sanders
Annette J. (DeLaney) Sanders, 55 of Junction City, died Oct. 19, 2003, at her residence. She was born December 4, 1947, in Washington, D.C., to Johnnie and Anna (Prigmore) DeLaney.
She married Raymond Sanders on December 24, 1986, in Junction City. He survives. Annette graduated from Junction City High School May 23, 1966. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include four daughters, Cheryl DeLaney of Junction City, Kutura DeLaney of Citrus Heights, CA, Raquita Sanders of Junction City, and Bettina Sanders of Virginia Beach, VA; one brother, Saunders DeLaney of Sacramento, CA; nine grandchildren and five nieces and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Johnnie T. DeLaney, Jr.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2003, 2:00 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel, with Rev. Dr. Joe Belardo officiating. The visitation with be held the same day prior to service time. There will be no burial, as cremation is planned after service.
