Annelise E. "Ann" Lincoln, 73, of Junction City, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019 at Geary Community Hospital.
Ann was born June 24, 1945 in Furth, Germany, the daughter of Paul and Gertrud (Seehafer) Lange. She was educated in Germany.
Ann worked for many years on campus at Kansas State University, and was a homemaker.
Ann married Ronald H. Lincoln on June 24, 1965 in Furth Germany. Ronald died Sept. 12, 2000.
Survivors include: 2 daughters, Dorine "Dee" Royse and her husband Frank, and Marion Hayden and her husband, Dave, all of Junction City; 2 sisters, Ruth Kaeferstein and Waltraud Stafan, both of Furth, Germany, a niece, Lydia Harrel, Junction City; and 5 grandchildren, Christopher and Craig Royse, Amanda Vilander, Denise Irwin, and Naythan Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
It was Ann's request to be cremated.
Graveside inurnment service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the Ft. Riley Post Cemetery, on Ft. Riley. Friends wishing to attend the service will meet at Johnson Funeral Home, 203 N. Washington, Junction City, KS not later than 9:15 a.m. on Thursday to follow in procession to the Post Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will held Sat., March 9, 2019, 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at Dee Royse's home, 1426 Holly Lane, Junction City, KS.
Memorial contributions may be made in Ann's name to Friends of Animals, Junction City, KS.
