Anna M. Larkin

Anna Mae Larkin, 81, of Junction City, passed away February 3, 2004, at the Good Samaritan Center. Visitation will be Thursday, February 5, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. vigil at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel. Funeral service will be Friday, February 6, 10:00 a.m. at St. Xavier Catholic Church, with Father Al Brungardt officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Anna was born July 9, 1922, in Junction City, daughter of Adam and Eldora (Harris) Bachmann II. She graduated from Junction City High School and has been a lifelong resident. Anna married John J. Larkin September 17, 1941, in Junction City; he preceded her in death August 6, 1980. She was a member of St. Xavier Catholic Church, Circle 4, NARF, and two bridge clubs.

Survivors include her daughter, Judy Scott of Pratt, KS; son, Dennis Larkin of Dallas, TX; two brothers, Adam Bachmann III of Cornelius, OR, and Robert Bachmann of Topeka, KS; seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Matt Larkin, Nick Scott, Sean Larkin, G. Dennis Larkin, Liam Larkin, and Larkin Stenstrom.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Todd Davis, Tobias Larkin and Adam Bachmann, IV
