Anna E. Jones

Graveside services for Anna E. Jones, 77, formerly of Junction City, KS will be Wednesday, May 4, 2005, 12:00 p.m. at Fort Riley Cemetery with Chaplain Rosenberg officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 3, 2005, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Mass-Hinitt Chapel. Mrs. Jones passed away April 29, 2005 in Carpentersville, IL. Memorial contributions may be given to an organization of the donor's choice.

Mrs. Jones was born April 9, 1928, Maastricht, Holland to Johannes and Marie Agnes Amons. She married James Leslie Jones in 1945, from that union there were four children. James preceded her in death March 13, 1970. She resided in Junction City from 1956 to 1986, she then moved to Illinois to live with her daughter and son-in-law.

She will forever remain in the hearts and minds of her family. She is survived by two daughters, Maria C. Jones and family of Kansas City, MO, Sarah (Raul) Rodriguez and family of Carpentersville, IL, one son, Johannes (Rose) Jones and family of Savannah, GA, 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one son, Matthew Jones.

Pallbearers will be James Jones, Anthony Truesdale, James Truesdale, Jimmy Jones, James Riley and Edward Jones.
