Mrs. Anna D. Gilliard, 85, of Junction City passed away at her residence on December 3, 2009. Cremation will take place with the assistance of Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. No services are planned.
Mrs. Gilliard was born May 20, 1924 Nuremberg, Germany to Hans and Dorothy (Kamm) Kraus. She married Sloan Gilliard, Jr. July of 1963 he preceded her in death May 20, 1980. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons; John Gilliard and his wife Jennifer of Bartlesville, OK and David Gilliard of Junction City, KS and two granddaughters; Veronica Gilliard and Vanessa Gilliard both of Bartlesville, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two daughters; Irene Gilliard (1967) and Melitta Gilliard (2001).
