Alean D. Jones, 83, of Junction City, Kansas, passed away at home surrounded by family on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Cremation will take place.
She was born on January 27, 1939, Keo, Arkansas to Richard Parks and Eva Freeman.
Alean was an avid bingo player. She enjoyed reading western books and caring for her African Violets.
On June 17, 1959, she married Freddie Jones in Little Rock, Arkansas. Freddie and Alean traveled with the United States Air Force and in 1972, they decided to make Junction City their home. To this union, two daughters were born.
Alean is survived by her loving daughters, Yvette Jones and Yvonne Jones of Junction City, Kansas; two granddaughters, Karissa and Afton; four great grandchildren, Zion, Neveah, Christian, and Moriah; her loving sister, Sarah (Pev); niece, Alexis (Mike); great niece, Sarah; her fur baby, Archer; and a host of special friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
